A very special congratulations today to Century 21 for recently being ranked for the second year in a row by J.D. Power & Associates as having the highest overall customer satisfaction, according to J.D. Power’s 2015 Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study. Specifically, Century 21 won several awards once again in several different real estate categories from J.D. Power, including, but not excluded to, First-Time Home-Buyer Satisfaction, Repeat Home-Buyer Satisfaction, First-Time Home-Seller Satisfaction and Repeat Home-Seller Satisfaction, all for the second year in a row. Last year, in 2014, Century 21 Real Estate became the only real estate company in the history of this study by J.D. Power to rank highest in customer satisfaction in all four segments. Now in 2015, Century 21 has accomplished this amazing feat in each of the last two years. Truly a great achievement for Century 21 Real Estate, to be sure!
