Stephanie M. Huskey – Realtor Associate

Born in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains to a local family with ancestors who lived within the National Park, I have deep roots in this beautiful place. My life’s path has given me a true appreciation of the land of the Smokies through living in Europe and larger U.S. cities such as Atlanta, GA and Charleston, SC. Despite their elegance and culture these places never anchored me with their core beauty and that sense of being home that I found in this area around the Great Smoky Mountains.

Being a Realtor in this mountain location is so exciting for me because my lifelong love and connection here seems to come alive in the clients that I serve. Their love and fascination with our locale is a natural bond for me as a buyer’s specialist. It allows me to share my lifetime of local experiences and an in-depth knowledge of this area to get the ideal real estate for my client’s needs. My dedication to excellent customer service blends with an awesome array of unique investment opportunities that allows for a life long relationship with my customers. The broad spectrum of; housing, hotels, rental cabins, restaurants, retail space, etc. located in one of the most popular areas of the country offers an infinite number of exciting possibilities in real estate.

When not working, you will find me out enjoying this marvelous part of the world; camping, hiking, white water rafting or taking in aspects of the local entertainment. Please call or email me anytime so that our team can get started on finding your piece of the Smokies!

Brian Johnson – Realtor Associate

Born and raised in Savannah, GA, I began my life adventure by joining the US Army as a warrant officer and aviator flying one of the worlds most advanced helicopters. Along with a sense of pride for serving our nation, the Army instilled values which I hold dearly to include loyalty, duty, and selfless service. I carried those values on on to my next career as a firefighter/ EMT. I have been married for 20 years to my beautiful wife, Crystal, with whom I have two wonderful kids. We moved to Pigeon Forge after buying an RV campground as an investment property. After seeing the return we could make here as opposed to to other area/states we decided to pursue a full time career specializing in investment property. Allow me to put my values and knowledge to work for you in finding that perfect property that you can take pride in owning.
