When will the Highland of the Smokies be completed?

Building 1 and Building 2 in Phase 1 is slated to be completed during the 2nd quarter of 2024. 

Phase 2 & 3 are in the design phase now. 

 

How do I reserve a unit?

To reserve a unit a 10% deposit is required. 

The deposit is non-refundable after your 15-day rescission period.
