According to a recent forecast by the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the real estate market is expected to continue solid growth from this year, straight on through the year 2017. This recent forecast by the ULI suggests that a number of factors, including, but not excluded to, a strengthening national economy (i.e., lower unemployment rate, etc.), expected increases in U.S. Treasury note rates, and other related factors, are all contributing to this expected strength in the real estate market through 2017. Definitely worth keeping an eye to be sure, to see if this forecast does hold true, especially through this year, as well as into 2016 and 2017. One key factor will be the continued growth of the U.S. economy at present, and is worth watching to see if this spills over further into the national real estate market as a whole.
